Professional Qualification: Marine Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that the officers and crew are qualified experienced and a proper reference check is obtained from their past employers.
• To provide familiarization & briefing of all Officers prior to their joining the vessel.
• To ensure that the quality system is maintained, and improved;
• Submit data as required by Govt of India gazette to the Shipping Master as required by the recruitment and placement service license regulations.

Educational Qualification: B.A

Professional Qualification: Master Mariner.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that the processes needed for the Quality Management System are established, implemented & maintained
• Reporting to top management on the performance of Quality Management System and need for improvement
• Ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirements / expectations throughout the organization.
• Liaison with external parties on matters relating to the Quality Management System.
